2.1 All orders must be paid in full before processing.
2.2 Payments are accepted via cash, EFTPOS, or other approved payment methods.
2.3 Custom and bulk orders may require a deposit, which is non-refundable once production begins.
3. Product Quality & Freshness
3.1 Our popcorn is freshly made using high-quality ingredients.
3.2 Pre-packaged popcorn is best consumed within the recommended timeframe for optimal taste.
3.3 We are not responsible for product quality if improperly stored after purchase.
4. Cancellations & Refunds for delivery
4.1 Pop Sensation popcorn is freshly popped and packaged specifically for each order. Due to this, all orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
4.2 We are not liable for changes in personal taste preferences.
5. Events & Food Truck Bookings
5.1 Bookings for events require confirmation and may include a deposit.
5.2 Cancellations within 7 days of an event may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, technical issues).
